The goal: replacing reactive firefighting with proactive, system-driven operations. GoFunnels — a digital marketing agency managing 35+ clients — had no way to see churn risk coming until the client called to cancel.

The Challenge

The problem was systemic —

GoFunnels had no early warning system for client health. When a client cancelled, it was already too late — the decision had been made weeks before.
