Designed a scoring engine that pulls real-time client data — sprint performance, communication frequency, deliverables, bug reports, and satisfaction surveys — and aggregates into a 0–100 Health Score.
Developed and tested the scoring algorithm inside Replit for speed and simplicity — no environment setup, no infrastructure overhead. Daily cron jobs refresh scores from synced ClickUp, Slack, and Notion data.
Designed a centralised ClickUp workspace with client HQ spaces, sprint automation, role-based task assignment, and KPI dashboards — replacing the fragmented tool ecosystem with one operating system.
Integrated Health Scores and ClickUp dashboards into weekly sprint reviews and executive reporting. Stakeholders gained one source of truth for client engagement and delivery health.
