Built a table-based HTML renderer generating fully inlined styles — the only layout approach that renders consistently across Gmail, Outlook's Word-based engine, Apple Mail, and mobile clients. The same renderer powers both the live preview API and the final save, guaranteeing what the user sees is what they get.
Designed a client-side deliverability engine evaluating five dimensions — image weight, link count, image-to-text ratio, HTML complexity, and alt attribute completeness — on every state change. Surfaces specific warnings (e.g. "too many links may trigger spam filters") before the signature is ever sent.
Engineered multi-framework prompt engineering (AIDA, PAS, StoryBrand, Curiosity Gap), output coercion for common Claude schema drift, per-field Zod typed error logging, a 3-phase staged asset replacement strategy for AI retries, and ContentGuard anti-spam enforcement on every generated asset.
Built an agency-scale team management system: one master template with locked brand elements drives per-member signature generation through server-side merging of individual overrides (photo, name, title, social links, CTA). No HTML editing required — zero inconsistency across 40+ team members.

Structured 8-section business intake drives Claude to generate: 7-email nurture sequences with A/B subject lines per slot, educational email series, LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram post drafts, and a full content calendar. Every asset passes ContentGuard anti-spam analysis before it reaches the database. Provider fallback shows a clear "Template — AI unavailable" badge with in-UI retry.
Agency owners define a master signature template — logo, color scheme, mask style, social icon pack, CTA type. Each member gets a pre-populated personal copy. Per-member overrides (photo, name, title, phone, custom social links as JSONB) are merged server-side, ensuring visual consistency at scale with zero manual HTML editing required from any team member.
Claude output coercion handles common schema drift (e.g. bare emailSequence arrays). Per-field Zod validation error logging captures field mismatches + 500-char raw Claude preview for admin diagnostics. 3-phase staged replacement strategy: generate in memory → write new assets → delete old only after full commit. Zero content loss on any retry operation.
