A broken process,
running faster.
If nobody agrees how work should move, automating it just moves the confusion along.
STUNN OS / MAP. BUILD. RUN.
You know AI can take work off your team. The hard part is knowing which work. We map that decision first. Then we build the system around it.
One week of real work. A clear order of what to do next.
We trace a real week through the business. Who starts the work? What do they need? Where does it wait?
A picture of how work actually moves.
FIRST, GET THE ORDER RIGHT
Most AI projects start with a tool and go looking for a job. The work still needs clear rules, clear ownership, and someone who knows when to step in.
If nobody agrees how work should move, automating it just moves the confusion along.
Another subscription does not fix the gap between a sale being made and the team starting work.
A fast reply is not always the right reply. Some work needs context, judgment, and a person.
01MAP / ONE WEEK
Stunn OS is an operating system for how work moves through your business. It starts by tracing one week of real work, from the first request to the final handoff.
You get a ranked list of what to automate, what to leave alone and why, and the order to build it in. Every recommendation has a reason.
Credited in full against your build.
Let’s see if the Map fits your business ↗An example from an agency. Your Map starts with your real work.
Collecting the same numbers each Friday.
Known inputs. Repeat steps. Time spent copying.
Your team explains the results.
A signed client waits to get started.
No clear owner. An incomplete brief. A handoff that stalls.
Then automate the handoff.
A client asks for something beyond the agreement.
The answer depends on context, trust, and judgment.
Give them the facts first.
What to automate. What to fix first. What to leave alone. And the order to build it in.
The Map is useful on its own. The next decision is yours.
THE PART MOST VENDORS LEAVE OUT
Judgment calls. Exceptions. Moments a client feels.
These get their own place in the Map. Deciding what stays human is part of the work you are paying us to do.
LET THE SYSTEM PREPARE
Useful context, in the right place, without asking someone to go and find it.
LET YOUR PEOPLE DECIDE
A system can help a person show up prepared. It should not pretend to be that person.
A good system knows where to stop. Your Map makes that boundary explicit.
02BUILD / SCOPED FROM THE MAP
We turn the agreed priorities into a working system. The rules, the handoffs, the exceptions, and the human checkpoints are built together.
You know what we are building, what it costs, and when it will ship before you commit. Your team gets the system and the instructions to use it.
Where most builds land. Your exact price follows the Map.
Start with the decision, not a quote ↗Scroll to follow the build 01 / 04
We confirm the work to automate, who owns each step, and what success looks like.
You get an exact price and agreed scope. We build the handoffs so the right information reaches the right person, without the copying and chasing.
Your tools follow one agreed process. We check the everyday tasks and the unusual cases with your team. Anything needing judgment goes to a person.
You see it working before it goes live.We show your team how to use it and hand over the instructions. Ongoing support starts after the build ships.
A live system, clear ownership, and a team ready to use it.03RUN / AFTER YOUR BUILD SHIPS
Tools change. APIs change. Your business changes. Choose the support that matches what you need next.
For a system that does its job and needs someone keeping it that way.
For a business that keeps changing and needs its systems to move with it.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Start where your team spends time chasing information, moving it around, or waiting for someone else to act.
For agencies delivering repeat client work across sales, account management, and delivery. The pressure shows up when each new account creates more chasing, more status checks, and another report to assemble.
Turn a signed agreement into a complete brief, a named owner, and a clear start date.
What we can buildA handoff that checks required details, sets up the project, and flags what is missing.
Keep work moving between strategists, creatives, and account managers without losing the context.
What we can buildAgreed routing, approval reminders, and a visible next step for each task.
Spend less time gathering numbers and more time explaining what they mean.
What we can buildData collection and report preparation, with interpretation and recommendations left to your team.
Strategy, scope changes, creative judgment, and difficult client conversations stay with people.
Best fit: repeat work, real handoffs, and a team willing to agree how things should run.
BEFORE WE TALK
No. We need someone who knows how the work gets done and can make decisions about it. We handle the technical work, explain the choices, and document what your team needs to run the system.
We start with what you have. If HubSpot is doing its job, it stays. The Map looks at the work between your tools, the missing handoffs, and the steps people still do by hand. We only recommend a change when there is a clear reason.
The Map takes one week. The build timeline depends on the workflows, integrations, and exceptions we find. You receive a scoped delivery schedule and an exact price before you commit to a build.
Then that is the answer. Your Map still ranks the work, explains what should stay human, and shows what needs fixing first. You leave with a decision you can use, without committing to an unnecessary build.
The $397 pays for the one-week Map and is credited in full against a Stunn build. A build credit is different from a refund. We confirm the cancellation and refund terms with you before payment.
Buying the Map does not commit you to a build or a retainer. We agree the support arrangement before the build starts. Maintain and Operate are the ongoing options, and neither starts billing before a build ships.
