STUNN OS / MAP. BUILD. RUN.

Know what to automate.
And what to leave alone.

You know AI can take work off your team. The hard part is knowing which work. We map that decision first. Then we build the system around it.

One week of real work. A clear order of what to do next.

HOW YOUR SYSTEM TAKES SHAPE01 / 04

Follow the work, not the org chart.

We trace a real week through the business. Who starts the work? What do they need? Where does it wait?

What we look at
01Enquiries and requests
02People, tools, and handoffs
03Repeat tasks and exceptions
WHAT YOU GET

A picture of how work actually moves.

Audit is part of the one-week Map. Run begins after a build ships.

FIRST, GET THE ORDER RIGHT

More automation is not
always more progress.

Most AI projects start with a tool and go looking for a job. The work still needs clear rules, clear ownership, and someone who knows when to step in.

01

A broken process,
running faster.

If nobody agrees how work should move, automating it just moves the confusion along.

02

A growing stack.
The same handoffs.

Another subscription does not fix the gap between a sale being made and the team starting work.

03

Less human contact.
Less client trust.

A fast reply is not always the right reply. Some work needs context, judgment, and a person.

01MAP / ONE WEEK

A plan built from
the work you actually do.

Stunn OS is an operating system for how work moves through your business. It starts by tracing one week of real work, from the first request to the final handoff.

You get a ranked list of what to automate, what to leave alone and why, and the order to build it in. Every recommendation has a reason.

$397One week. One clear plan.

Credited in full against your build.

ONE WEEK. A CLEAR SET OF DECISIONS.

See the work. Find the friction.
Know what comes next.

An example from an agency. Your Map starts with your real work.

THE WORKWeekly reporting

Collecting the same numbers each Friday.

WHAT WE FIND

Known inputs. Repeat steps. Time spent copying.

THE DECISIONAUTOMATECollect the data automatically.

Your team explains the results.

THE WORKClient onboarding

A signed client waits to get started.

WHAT WE FIND

No clear owner. An incomplete brief. A handoff that stalls.

THE DECISIONFIX FIRSTAgree the owner and required details.

Then automate the handoff.

THE WORKScope changes

A client asks for something beyond the agreement.

WHAT WE FIND

The answer depends on context, trust, and judgment.

THE DECISIONKEEP HUMANLet your team make the call.

Give them the facts first.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAYA ranked plan, with a reason for every decision.

What to automate. What to fix first. What to leave alone. And the order to build it in.

The Map is useful on its own. The next decision is yours.

THE PART MOST VENDORS LEAVE OUT

The list of things
we will not automate.

Judgment calls. Exceptions. Moments a client feels.

These get their own place in the Map. Deciding what stays human is part of the work you are paying us to do.

LET THE SYSTEM PREPARE

Less work around the decision.

01Pull the history and relevant details.
02Flag an exception and assign an owner.
03Bring the next step to the right person.

Useful context, in the right place, without asking someone to go and find it.

LET YOUR PEOPLE DECIDE

More care where it counts.

01Make the judgment call.
02Handle the unusual situation.
03Have the conversation that builds trust.

A system can help a person show up prepared. It should not pretend to be that person.

A good system knows where to stop. Your Map makes that boundary explicit.

02BUILD / SCOPED FROM THE MAP

Build the work
worth removing.

We turn the agreed priorities into a working system. The rules, the handoffs, the exceptions, and the human checkpoints are built together.

You know what we are building, what it costs, and when it will ship before you commit. Your team gets the system and the instructions to use it.

01

Agree what we’re building

We confirm the work to automate, who owns each step, and what success looks like.

You get an exact price and agreed scope.
02

Connect the steps

We build the handoffs so the right information reaches the right person, without the copying and chasing.

Your tools follow one agreed process.
03

Try it with real work

We check the everyday tasks and the unusual cases with your team. Anything needing judgment goes to a person.

You see it working before it goes live.
04

Launch with your team

We show your team how to use it and hand over the instructions. Ongoing support starts after the build ships.

A live system, clear ownership, and a team ready to use it.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Good people.
Too much work between the work.

Start where your team spends time chasing information, moving it around, or waiting for someone else to act.

The client said yes. Now the handoffs begin.

For agencies delivering repeat client work across sales, account management, and delivery. The pressure shows up when each new account creates more chasing, more status checks, and another report to assemble.

01

Client onboarding

The need

Turn a signed agreement into a complete brief, a named owner, and a clear start date.

What we can build

A handoff that checks required details, sets up the project, and flags what is missing.

02

Delivery handoffs

The need

Keep work moving between strategists, creatives, and account managers without losing the context.

What we can build

Agreed routing, approval reminders, and a visible next step for each task.

03

Client reporting

The need

Spend less time gathering numbers and more time explaining what they mean.

What we can build

Data collection and report preparation, with interpretation and recommendations left to your team.

What stays human

Strategy, scope changes, creative judgment, and difficult client conversations stay with people.

Best fit: repeat work, real handoffs, and a team willing to agree how things should run.

BEFORE WE TALK

Fair questions.
Clear answers.

Do we need a technical person on our team?

No. We need someone who knows how the work gets done and can make decisions about it. We handle the technical work, explain the choices, and document what your team needs to run the system.

What if we already use HubSpot?

We start with what you have. If HubSpot is doing its job, it stays. The Map looks at the work between your tools, the missing handoffs, and the steps people still do by hand. We only recommend a change when there is a clear reason.

How long does a build take?

The Map takes one week. The build timeline depends on the workflows, integrations, and exceptions we find. You receive a scoped delivery schedule and an exact price before you commit to a build.

What if the Map says we should not automate much?

Then that is the answer. Your Map still ranks the work, explains what should stay human, and shows what needs fixing first. You leave with a decision you can use, without committing to an unnecessary build.

Is the $397 refundable?

The $397 pays for the one-week Map and is credited in full against a Stunn build. A build credit is different from a refund. We confirm the cancellation and refund terms with you before payment.

Is a retainer required?

Buying the Map does not commit you to a build or a retainer. We agree the support arrangement before the build starts. Maintain and Operate are the ongoing options, and neither starts billing before a build ships.
